The company has received numerous awards for pool design both from the Master Pools Guild and the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals. In 2002 Vaughan Pools was named to Pool and Spa News 100 Most Successful Builders and Retailers and Top 50 Builders.

Company founder Richard Vaughan operates the company today with co-owners Cathy Crocker and Rick Vaughan, his daughter and son. Cathy, who has worked with her dad since 1979, provides a wealth of knowledge on pools and spas. She has a strong history of customer service and holds this as a hallmark of the company. Rick, a retired veterinarian, also brings a commitment to clients to the family business and a strong sense of professionalism.

Our professionalism and experience go further than our history. Today we have highly qualified staff in all of our departments. Our management and staff pride themselves on superior customer service and product knowledge.
